Wheat Rava Adai Ingredients:
Wheat Rava - 1/2 cup
Red gram dhal - 1 cup
Green gram dhal - 1 cup
Bengal gram dhal - 1 cup
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Red chillies - 5
Onion chopped - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Curry leaves - few
Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil - as required
Wheat Rava Adai preparing Method:
1. Mix all the dhal and soak them for 1 hour.
2. Soak the wheat rava separately.
3. Grind the soaked dhal with chillies and fennel seeds.
4. Then add the soaked seeds wheat, chopped onions, coriander leaves, grated coconut, salt and mix well.
5. Heat the tava (Dosa pan) pour the batter in small sized adai. Turn on both side to get them cooked properly.
6. Serve wheat rava adai with tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
