Carrot - 1
Beetroot - 1
Cabbage - 100g
Beans - 10
potato - 1
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 4
Green chillies - 3
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted Bengal gram dhal powder - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - few
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Oil - little
Method:
1. Peal the skin of carrot, beetroot and scrape them
2. Chop the cabbage, beans into fine pieces
3. Steam cook the vegetables for 10 min
4. Finely chop the ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves and mix with the cooked vegetables
5. To this add salt, lemon juice, garam masala, roasted bengal gram dhal powder. Mix all the ingredients
6. If you are adding potato, boil, peel and mix along with the mixture
7. Split into equal portions and spread it on the tava
8. Add little oil on each outlet. Turn them both sides until it gets cooked. Serve with tomato sauce.
