Ingredients
Rice - 1 cup
Grated Carrot - 1 cup
Sprouted green gram - 1 cup
Coconut - 1 cup
Lemon - 1
Red chillies - 3
Cinnamon - 1
Corriander leaves - few
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Pepper -to taste
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Preparing Method
1. Soak the rice for half-an-hour and cook for 3 whistles. Cook with 1 teaspoon of oil so that the rice remains separated and not mashed
2. Steam cook the sprouted gram
3. Heat the oil in a pan and add cinnamon and cumin seeds
4. When it starts spluttering, fry red chillies
5. Add sprouted green gram and carrots
6. To this add the cooked rice salt, pepper, lemon juice and mix well
7. Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot
