Spicy Tomato Rice, the special south indian rice recipe served as main course for meals

Ingredients
Basmati Rice - 1-cup
Tomato - 3
Onion - 2
Green chilli - 1
Curry leaves - few
Turmeric powder - 1/4
Salt - to taste
Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
Urad dhal - 1-teaspoon
Oil - 1 tabspoon
Ghee - 1 tabspoon
To powder:
Coriander seeds - 1-teaspoon
Bengal gram dhal - 1-teaspoon
Urad dhal - 1-teaspoon
Red chillies - 2
Dry coconut - 2-tabspoon

Preparing Method
1. Add salt to the basmati rice & cook the rice alone. Take care the cooked rice should not be mashy
2. Finely chop the onions & tomatoes ingredients given to prepare the powder
3. Try the ingredients for the powder in a pan one by one & grind it into a powder
4. Heat the oil and the ghee in a pan & add the mustard, urad dhal
5. Then add the onions & fry till golden brown
6. Then add the tomato, chillies, turmeric, salt (as required) & fry until the tomatoes get cooked
7. To this add the cooked rice, powder, mix well & serve Spicy Tomato Rice with onion raita.
