Ingredients
Rice flour - 1 cup
Ragi flour - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds (Zeera) - to taste
Green chillies to taste
Vegetables - any choice - preferably beans, onion, carrot, cabbage, peas, coriander leaves

Preparing Method
1. Mix the two flours with salt, zeera and finely chopped vegetables. Add water and make a dough
2. The dough should not be as thick as chapathi dough or as thin as bajji batter. It should be semi-thick
3. On a cold tawa, take a small ball of the dough and start making a roti with your hands. Just spread the dough into a thin roti on the cold tawa
4. Heat the tawa now, add very little oil and cook both sides with lid covered
* For a variation, use wheat flour instead of ragi
* Use the left over mixture to make deep fried pakodas
