Rajma Curry - Chappathi side dish

Rajma(red kidney beans) - 1 cup
Onion - 2
Tomato - 3
Ginger, Garlic paste - teaspoon
Green chillies - 2
Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaves - few
Cinnamon - 1
Cardamon - 1
Cloves - 1
Rajma curry preparing method:
1. Wash and soak rajma seeds for 10 to 12 hours(Overnight).
2. Finely chop the onions
3. Grind the tomatoes and green chillies
4. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and add the cinnamon, cardamon and cloves
5. Then add the chopped onions
6. When the onions become light brown add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes
7. Now add the tomato, chili powder and salt. Mix well and add the rajma. Close the cooker
8. Cook for 4 to 5 whistles and remove from flame
9. After 10 minutes mix well with garam masala and serve rajma curry with chappathi
