Ingredients
Potato - 1/2kg
Bengal gram dhal - 1/2cup
Urad dhal - 1/2cup
Green chillies - 6
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Oil - as required
Coriander leaves - 1/2-cup
Preparing Method
1. Soak the dhal for 2hours
2. Remove the water & grind with green chillies & coriander leaves
3. Meanwhile boil & peel the potatoes. Mash it & mix with the dhal
4. Mash all the ingredients make them into small balls
5. Heat the oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry the balls into golden brown colors
6. Sprinkle the amateur powder on the fried-balls
7. Serve with sauce or tomato chutney. This evening snack is delicious & nutritious food for children
