Peas Curry Ingredients
Fresh green peas - 2 cups
Potatoes (boiled & mashed) - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Green Chillies - 4
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Coconut (grated) - 1 Tablespoon
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
Salt - to taste

Peas Curry Preparing Method
1. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan on medium level and splutter the cumin seeds. Add the green chilies and turmeric powder
2. Add the chopped onions, chillies, and tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes
3. Add the mashed potatoes, green peas, salt and 1 cup of (enough) water. Mix well and cook in sim till the potatoes and peas are cooked
4. Garnish with the grated coconut and chopped fresh coriander
