Chappati stuffed with Palak and panner is a variety of chappati more suitable for children who avoid spinach in their food. This stuffed chappati can be packed for the lunch box with masala curd

Ingredients
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Spinach - 1 bunch(parali)
Ginger - 1 piece
Chillies - 2
Stuff paneer - 200gm
Coriander leaves - few
Chopped onion - 1 spoon
Salt to taste
Garam masala - little

Preparing Method
1. Clean & wash the spinach cut into small pieces and boil with the ginger, chillies & enough water
2. After cooking allow it to cool than grind it in the mixie
3. Now add this to the wheat flour add enough salt & make it into a chappati dough
4. Scrape the paneer & mix with finely chopped corriander leaves, onion and garam masala
5. Make small balls out of the dough
6. Take each dough & make it into a cup shape, fill it with the paneer masala, cover it properly and roll it into chappati carefully
7. Heat the tava & toast it on both sides. Add oil and toast it in sim flame
8. Serve Paneer chappati with masala curd or dhal
