Onion Chutney Ingredients
Onion - 4
Red Chillies - 4
Tamarind - 2 inches
Fenugreek - 14 teaspoon
Oil - 3 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Urad dhal - 1/2 teaspoon
Onion Chutney Preparing Method
1. Heat the sauce pan and fry the red chillies and fenugreek until it gives a cooked smell. Keep it aside
2. Then heat 2 teaspoons of oil and fry the onions till golden brown
3. Grind all the fried ingredients, salt in a mixie
4. Then, heat the remaining oil, add mustard seeds, urad dhal to splutter. Add curry leaves to it and mix with onion chutney. Onion chutney can be served along with dosai
