Mushroom Masala Ingredients
Button Mushroom - 200 g
Onions -2
Tomato - 3
Salt & Sugar to Taste
Capsicum -2
Oil to fry
To grind after frying
Onion -1
Grated Coconut -2 tablespoon
Red Chillies - 8
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Cloves -3
Cinnamon - 1 small piece
Garlic -7 pieces
Ginger - 1 inch
Mushroom Masala Preparing Method
1. Boil water in a big vessel and put the mushroom in it
2. Wash them and drain the water
3. Wash the mushrooms again in the luke warm water with few drops of lemon juice and drain the water
4. Cut the mushrooms into halves
5. Cut the tomatoes, onions and capsicum lengthwise
6. Heat the oil in the kadai and fry the onions and capsicum until it turns golden brown
7. Add tomatoes and fry it till it drys
8. Add mushrooms ground masala salt & sugar to taste
9. Allow it to fry until the oil separates out
10. Add water and allow it to cook until it becomes like a gravy
11. Serve hot with pulkas and chapaties
