Mushroom Chops Ingredients
Mushrooms -400 g
Onion - 2
Butter -to fry
Tamarind concentrate - little
Spring onions - little
To grind:
Garlic - 4 pieces
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Red chillies - 6
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste

Mushroom Chops Preparing Method
1. Wash the mushrooms 2-3 times properly
2. Drain the mushrooms
3. Cut each mushrooms into 6 pieces uniformly
4. Chop the onions
5. Add the ground stuff into the tamarind paste. Soak the mushroom in this mixture
6. Cut the spring onion leaves into small pieces and spring onions circularly
7. Fry the circularly cut spring onions in butter for garnishing
8. Heat the oil and add onions to fry
9. Add the mushroom mixture and allow it to cook until it becomes a gravy
10. Serve mushroom recipe hot with the spring onion garnish
