Tomato - 2

Green Chillies - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Masala powder - 1 tablespoon
Mint leaves - 1 cup
Urad dhal - 1 teaspoon
salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Mint Rava Uppuma preparation:
1. Cook the wheat rava with 1:3 ratio of water
2. Cut the onions and tomatoes lengtwise
3. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, green chillies, onion, tomato, chilli powder, masala powder, mint leaves and salt. Fry them until it becomes like a curry
4. Now add the cooked wheat rava and mix well
5. Serve mint rava uppuma with onion raita
Mint Rava Uppuma can be served for dinner along with onion raita. Mint helps for digestion and this mint rava uppuma is suitable diet for diabetic patients
