Big onions - 2
Tomatoes - 2
Garlic - 2
Tamarind - 1 inch
Mint leaves - 2 small bunches
Red Chillies - 4
Salt to taste
Oil 3 teaspoons
Preparing Method
1. Fry the onions and tomatoes with garlic
2. Add cleaned mint leaves and chillies to fry.
3. Add salt and tamarind and grind all the ingredients to a paste.
