Curd - 1 cup
Chillipowder - 1 pinch
Turmeric powder- 1 pinch
Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Corrianderseed powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Preparing Method
1. Take the curd in the muslin cloth & filter the whey water
2. To the thick curd add all the powders & mix well. Masala curd is ready and this can be served with stuffed chappaties
