Indian Fried - Rice Recipe

Cooked basmati rice - 2 cups
Mixed vegetables - green beans, peas, carrots, cabbage, sweet peppers, mushrooms, or anything else you like in fried rice
Salt - to taste
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Ghee - 3 teaspoons
Garlic - 8-10 cloves minced
Cashews - 1/4cup
Fried Rice Preparing Method:
1. Cut all the vegetables into long pieces
2. Pour the ghee in the frying pan and add the spices. Then add the garlic and cashews, stiring until slightly browned
3. Add the vegetables and fry until they are fully cooked
4. Add rice, stirring well to coat with the spices, and fry until heated through and well mixed
