Idiyappam Kurma Ingredients
Onions -3
Tomato - 4
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Corriander Powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped Vegetables - 3 cups carrots, beans, cauliflower, potatoes, cabbage
Green Peas -1/4 cup
Chilli powder -1 1/2 teaspoon
Curd - 1 cup
Milk -1/2 cup
Green Chillies - 2-3
Salt - To taste
Oil - 3 Table spoons
Garam Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
Cashewnuts - 3
To grind:
Grated Coconut - 3 Table spoon
Cashew nut 10
Poppy seeds (casa casa) - 2 teaspoon
(Before grinding soak the poppy seeds)
To grind after frying
Onion -1
Grated Coconut -2 tablespoon
Red Chillies - 8
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Cloves -3
Cinnamon - 1 small piece
Garlic -7 pieces
Ginger - 1 inch

Idiyappam Kurma Preparing Method
1. Cook all the chopped vegetables in the pressure cooker
2. Heat the oil and add cardamom to fry in a pan
3. Then add chopped onions, green chillies. After frying it to golden brown, add the chopped tomatoes and allow it to fry till it goes dry
4. Add ground garam masala, cooked vegetables, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste
5. Stir & cook until the gravy becomes thick
6. Then add the beaten curd and allow it to cook for 1 minute
7. Switch off the stove and add milk and garnish with coriander leaves
8. Serve hot with Idiyappam
