Gobi 65 Ingredients
Cauli Flower - 1
Curd - 100ml
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 teaspoons
Cornflour - 2 Tablespoon
Lime juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder
Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Orange Red food colour - a pinch
Oil - to fry
Gobi 65 Preparing Method
1. Soak the cauliflower florets in salted warm water for a few minutes to remove the dirt & insects
2. Boil the cauliflower until it is half cooked and spread it on a cloth to remove moisture and to cool
3. Mix the curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, food colour and lime juice in a bowl. The mixture should of coating consistency, neither too thick nor too thin
4. Soak the cauliflower into the batter and allow it for an hour
5. Take oil in a kadai and deep-fry the soaked cauliflower in medium heat
6. Garnish with corriander leaves and lemon wedges and serve the Gobi 65 hot. Tomato sauce is optional
