Ghee Rice is a delicious and spicy Indian vegetarian recipe for all times. Indian Ghee is so unique to this part of the world is known for its aroma and taste. Ghee combined with basmati rice is a simple irresistible recipe (vegetarian food).

Ghee Rice Ingredients
Basmati Rice - 2 cups
Ghee - ¼ cup
Onions (chopped) - 1¬? cups
Cinnamon - 2 pieces
Cloves - 20
Cardamom - 10
Garlic - 1
Ginger - small piece
Salt for taste
Ghee Rice Preparing Method:
1. Grind ginger and garlic to a fine paste
2. Wash and soak rice in water for ¬? hour
3. Heat ghee in a vessel and fry chopped Onions. Add Cinnamon, Cardamom and Cloves and fry them
4. After few minutes add the rice and mix them for 3 minutes
5. Add the ground paste and add 1¬? cup of water and salt
6. Pressure cook for 10 minutes in a cooker. Then mix well and serve ghee rice hot for a healthy meal.
