Cooked rice - 2 cup
Garlic - 6 pieces
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Mustard seeds - few
Curry Leaves - few
Oil - 3 teaspoon
Method:
1. Peel the garlic and grind garlic, curry leaves coarsely
2. Heat the oil, saute mustard seeds
3. Summer the flame and add cooked rice, ground garlic, curry leaves, salt. Mix properly and serve.
