Ingredients
Boiled eggs - 4 (cut into half)
Onions (medium size) - 2
Tomato (small) - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Water - 1 cup
Preparing Method
1. Pour oil into a kadai. Add the finely chopped onions and saute it.
2. When the onions turn golden brown, add the sliced tomatoes to it and fry till the tomatoes become tender.
3. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Stir it well and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add a cup of water to the mixture. Put the eggs in it. Allow it to boil till the water dries.
This can be served with chappathi and rice
