Eggs - 4
Tomatoes - 2
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoons
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 4
Onions - 2
Cloves - 5
Peppercorns - 8
Salt to taste
Lemon - 1
Coriander Leaves - few
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Egg Bhaji Preparing Method
1. Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes. Remove the shell and then chop the egg into pieces
2. Chop the ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves separately
3. Grind garlic, ginger, cloves and peppercorns to a fine paste
4. Heat oil, add the onion slices and saut?© till brown. Add chopped tomatoes, ground masala, red chilli powder and salt
5. Mix well and add the chopped eggs
6. After five minutes, stir lightly. Serve hot garnished with tomato slices, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves
