Idli - 10
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Black gram dhal - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoon
For Powder:
Curry Leaves - 1 bunch
ButterMilk chillies - 4 to 5
Black gram dhal - 1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry Leaf Powde Idli Method:
1. Heat a tava and dry fry curry leaves, cumin seeds, black gram dhal separately and powder them
2. Heat oil in the same tava and fry the chillies until brown
3. Remove the chillies and add the mustard seeds
4. When they splutters, remove from flame and the curry leaf powder
5. Cut the idlies into small pieces and mix it with smashed chillies and curry leaf powder. Add salt to Idli (Idly) according to taste.
