Curd gravy Ingredients
Fresh Curd - 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Dhania / Corriander Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Asafoetida - 2-3 pinches
Salt - to taste
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Wheat flour - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - few
Curd Gravy Preparing Method
1. Evenly mix the curd
2. Take the chilli powder, dhania powder, salt, turmeric powder in a cup and mix with enough water
3. Heat the oil in a vessel and add the mustard and cumin seeds to splutter
4. Add asafoetida, curry leaves and dissolved masala and stir well
5. Then add the curd and mix well continuously till whiteness of curds vanishes
6. Now mix the wheat flour in water and add it to the above mixture
7. Simmer till it thickens. Any cooked vegetables like peas carrots can be added
8. Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot with chappati, roti, or paratha
