Coconut Chutney is a very common Indian recipe in South India, generally liked by mass. It would be interesting if there are some variations in the coconut chutney. Coconut chutney goes well as side dish along with Idli, Dosai, Chappathi, Vadai, Kitchadi and Uppuma.

Grated Coconut - 1 cup,
Roasted gram dhal (Pottu kadalai) - 1/2 cup,
Green Chillies - 3-4
Curry leaves- few
Corriander leaves - few
Salt ot taste
oil - 2 Teaspoons
Mustard seeds
Blackgram dhal - 1 teaspoon
Coconut Chutney Preparing Method
Grind all the ingredients. Heat the oil. Fry the mustard seeds, Black
gram Dhal and Curry leaves. Add this to the ground chutney and serve.

Ingredients
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Roasted gram dhal(Pottu kadalai) - 1/2 cup
Red Chillies - 3
Curry leaves
Tamarind - little and salt ot taste
oil - 2 Teaspoons
Mustard Seeds
Black gram dhal - 1 teaspoon
Method
Grind all the ingredients. Heat the oil. Fry the mustard seeds, Black gram Dhal and Curry leaves. Add this to the ground chutney & serve

Grated Coconut - 1 cup

Tamarind - little
Chopped Big Onion - 1
and salt ot taste
Oil - 2 Teaspoons
Mustard seeds
Black gram dhal - 1 teaspoon

Bengal gram dhal -2 tablespoons
Blackgram dhal -2 tablespoons
Red Chillies - 3, Curry leaves
Tamarind - 2 inches
Salt ot taste
For saute, oil - 2 Teaspoons
Mustard seeds
Black gram dhal - 1 teaspoon
