Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1 big
Peas- 1 cup
Onions - 1
Oi l- 3 teaspoon
Garam masala powder-1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
For masala:
Onion - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
Red chillies - 4
Grated coconut - 1/3 cup
Cauliflower Masala Preparing Method
1. Cut and wash the cauliflower in salt water. Boil the cauliflower and peas until half cooked
2. Heat oil and put sugar into it. When it turns brown, add the sliced onions and fry till light brown
3. Then add the ground masala, garam masala and enough salt and fry till oil separates. Add the cauliflower and peas and cook on a low flame. Cook till the cauliflower is dry without gravy
Serve with Chappati and parathas
