Ingredients
Onion - 3
Tomato - 3
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Cauliflower - 2
Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
OIl - for frying
Green chillies -2
Curry leaves - few
Corriander leaves - few
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Preparing Method
1. Tomatoes, onions and cauliflower should be cut into small pieces
2. The cauliflower should be washed thoroughly with salt water(salt mixed in water) and drain the water
3. Heat the oil in the sauce pan and add jeera, curry leaves and onion
4. After frying the onions add cauliflower to it and cook it for sometime
5. Then add chilli powder, tomatoes, little water and allow it to cook
6. Once the cauliflower is cooked, add the ground paste and salt
7. Then finally add the coconut milk and switch off the flame immediately when it starts boiling
9. Garnish with corriander leaves and serve with aapam and chappathi
