Ingredients
Cabbage(Chopped) - 1 cup
Garlic - 2 cloves
Tamarind - Small lemon size
Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Green chilles - 4
Tomatoes (Chopped) - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - few
Salt to taste
Preparing Method
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cabbage till its colour changes or it is cooked
2. Transfer the cabbage into a bowl and fry the tomatoes in the same pan till the water evaporates
3. Now put all the Ingredients in the mixer except the coriander and grind it
4. After grinding, garnish with nicely chopped coriander leaves
