Ingredients
Bread Slices - 10
Tomato - 2
Green Chillies - 3
Onion - 2
Carrot - 1
Beans - 5-6
Oil - as required
Salt - to taste
Preparing Method
1. Wash and finely chop all the vegetables
2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions and chillies. Fry for few minutes
3. Then add the tomatoes and add salt to it. When salt is added, tomatoes will get cooked easily
4. Then add the carrots and tomatoes. Add half cup of water and allow it to cook closing with a lid
5. Cut the bread into small pieces. When the vegetables are cooked add the bread pieces an d mix well.
Garam masala or chilli powder can be added if you like the masala taste
