Baby Potatoes - 1/4 kg
Chilli Powder - 2 teaspoons (as per taste)
Salt - taste
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspooon
Oil - 3-4 tablespoons
Baby Potatoes Fry Preparing Method
1. Select the small sized potatoes (1 inch diameter). Wash the potatoes and boil them to half cooked condition (otherwise it will mash while stirring)
2. Peel them and keep it aside
3. Heat the oil in the non stick pan and add the potatoes
4. Now add the salt and allow it to fry by stirring continuously
5. When it turns golden brown add the chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix well for few minutes
6. Now serve hot. This is generally liked by kids and potato is a very good source of protein for kids
