Pepper Soup

Ingredients
Vegetable stock - 2 cups
Tomato - 2
Onion - small 1
Corriander powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - To taste
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Garlic - 2
Preparing Method
1. Chop the onions, ginger , garlic and tomatoes
2. Heat the butter in a pan, when it starts melting add onion, ginger, garlic & fry for 2-3 min
3. Mix the corn flour in water. Add this and mix well. Stir and cook them
4. Add corriander powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and mix well. Cook them for 5-10 min
5. Remove from flame and filter the soup
6. To this add tomato pieces and boil it for another 5 min
7. while serving add cream or butter
