Onion Soup
Difficulty: Easy

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
Onions - 2
Cornflour - 1 teaspoon
Grated cheese - 2 teaspoons
Butter - 2 tablespoons
salt to taste
Preparing Method
1. Heat the butter in a pan. Add the chopped onion and fry till they are well browned
2. Add 4 cups of water, grated cheese and salt. Bring to boil on medium heat
3. Add the cornflour and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes
4. Top with grated cheese just before serving. Pepper is optional
