Ingredients
Carrot - 1
Beans - 50gm
Tomato - 2
Onion - 1
Garlic - 4 pods
Thulasi leaves - 6
White pepper powder
Salt - to taste
Oil - teaspoon
Preparing Method
1. Finely chop the vegetables & onion except tomato
2. Prepare tomato puree: boil tomato in hot water for 2 minutes, remove from water, peel it and remove the seeds. Tomato puree is ready
3. Take the chopped onions & garlic & fry it in a pan with little oil. Fry till golden brown
4. Then add the vegetables & half cup of water to boil. Add salt also while cooking
5. When the vegetables are boiled, add the tomato puree. Cover the pan to cook for few more minutes in low flame
6. When they are cooked properly, remove from flame and add the tulasi leaves this is a healthy drink suitable for breakfast
