Lamb Soup - Spicy soup recipe

Meat (mostly lamb bones) - 500g
Onion - 1 no.
Ginger(1 inch) - 1 piece
Garlic - 4 cloves
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp.
Nutmeg - 1 pinch
Cardamom - 4 nos.
Cinnamon - 1 piece
Star Anise - 2 cloves
Cumin Seeds - ¬? tsp.
Fennel Seeds - ¬? tsp.
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Make a small pouch of the whole spices using a muslin cloth
2. Wash the lamb bones. Add water, onion, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, salt and the pouch of spices and let it cook till the level of water almost reduces to half. Add more water if needed
3. Now add coriander powder and let it boil for about fifteen minutes
4. Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg powder, close the lid and take it off the heat
5. Serve hot garnished with Coriander leaves
