Herbal Soup Ingredients:
Thulasi - 1/2 cup
Mint - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Betel leaves - 2
Curry leaves - 10
Coleus aromaticus (Karpooravalli in Tamil) - 2
Onion - 1
Garlic - 2
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
salt - to taste
Ghee - 1 teaspoon

Herbal Soup recipe preparing Method:
1. Clean and wash all the leaves.
2. Finely chop the garlic and onions.
3. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the onions and garlic, then add the leaves.
4. Fry for few minutes, then add three cups of water, salt and pepper.
5. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
6. Then remove the leaves alone, grind into paste and again add it to the soup. cook for 2 minutes.
7. Filter the Herbal soup, add lemon juice and serve this healthy nutritious herbal recipe.
