Mutton Kheema Vadai Ingredients
Mutton - 500 grams
Onions - 2
Green Chillies - 4
Ginger - 1/4 inch
Garlic - 4 cloves
Roasted Gram flour - 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Oil - for deep frying
Coriander leaves - few
Mutton Kheema Vadai Method:
1. Select the boneless mutton (lamb) pieces. Wash the mutton pieces in warm water for a while. Meanwhile finely chop all the vegetables chilies, ginger, garlic and onions.
2. When it has cooled, grind it with ginger, cumin seeds, half the green chillies and set aside to a coarse paste.
3. While grinding you can add a little water to allow proper grinding but take care not to pour much water.
4. Remove from mixer blender and add little salt, turmeric, chilli, coriander powder, gram flour and chopped onions, green chilies and garlic pieces.
5. Mix well and should have a dough like consistency. Make small sized balls in palm of your hand, flatten each of them and deep fry them in hot oil.
