Green Chicken Masala - as the name indicates is made with greens like coriander leaves, mint leaves, etc., which helps better digestion of chicken

Green Chicken Masala ingredients:
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Coriander leaves - 2 cups
Mint leaves - 2 cups
Green chillies - 4
Pepper - 1 1/2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon
Chopped Onion - 1
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 table spoon
Cinnamon - 1
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 1
Oil - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Green Chicken Masala preparation:
1. Clean and take 2 cups of coriander leaves and mint leaves
2. Grind the coriander leaves, mint leaves, pepper, cumin seeds, green chillies and chopped onions to a paste. (grind without onion first and then add onion to grind it to a paste)
3. Heat oil in a pan and add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom to saute. Then add the ginger-garlic paste. Fry for few minutes
4. Add the cleaned chicken pieces in the pan and fry
5. When the colour changes add the masala and mix well. Pour enough water and salt. Cover the pan allow it cook for 15 min
6. When the chicken is cooked, the gravy thickens. Serve with rice or chappati
