Egg Poriyal Ingredients: Egg - 4
Onions - 1
Chillies - 2
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 table spoon
mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Urad dhal - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Egg Poriyal Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a pan and saute with mustard seeds and urad dhal
2. When the start spluttering add the finely chopped onions and chillies
3. Add the salt, turmeric and pepper and mix well
4. Now simmer the flame and add the eggs one by one. Mix well sothat the eggs get mixed with the onions well before they coagulate
5. Keep mixing until the egg solidifies. Egg poriyal is ready to serve now. Egg poriyal can be served with rasam rice, sambar rice and curd rice
