Egg Gravy ingredients:
Egg - 4
Onion - 2
Tomatoes - 4
Ginger- garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Chilli powder - 3/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seed powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Urad dhal - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - few
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves - few
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Egg Gravy preparation:
1. Cut the onions and tomatoes. Grind them in the mixie
2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds and urad dhal for saute
3. When they start spluttering add the curry leaves and then the ginger garlic paste. Fry for 5 minutes and then the onion and tomato mix
4. Add the powders and salt and mix well
5. Add 2 cups of water and allow it to cook for 10 minutes in low flame
6. When it becomes a gravy, break the one by one into the gravy. make sure you have o pour one egg in one area only. Don't mix until you pour all the eggs separately
7. With out mixing close with a lid and allow it to cook for 5-8 minutes.
Make sure the egg is cooked and remove from flame for serving. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve for chappati, naan, kulcha, roti, etc.,
