Egg Cutlet Ingredients
Potatoes - 4
Egg - 5
Onion - 2
Oil - to fry
Salt - to taste
Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Masala powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Maida - 1 tablespoon
Bread crumbs - 4 tablespoons
Egg Cutlet Preparation: 1. Boil 4 eggs and peel them. Cut them into half horizontally
2. Boil and peel the potatoes. Mash the potatoes into a paste
3. Finely chop the onions
4. Break the remaining one egg and mix with salt and pepper powder 5. Heat one tablespoon of oil and fry the onions. When it is golden brown, add the potatoes, masala powder, chilli powder and salt. Remove from flame and mix well
6. Now cover the potato mix over the egg and make them into ball shapes
7. Heat the oil in a pan for shallow frying
8. Now dip each ball in the egg and then in the bread crumbs and put in the oil for frying
9. Fry in the low flame. When it is cooked on both sides remove from oil and serve with sauce
