Boneless chicken pieces - 1 kg
Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
Chili sauce- 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Onions - 4 (chopped)
Corn flour - 1 heaped tablespoon
Eggs - 2
Oil - to fry
Method:
1. Wash the chicken pieces, drain the water and dry them
2. Take the chicken in a bowl, add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, chili sauce and enough salt
3. Beat the eggs separately and add it to the chicken
5. Add the corn flour to the chicken and mix everything properly
6. Allow it to stand for 2 hours. Drain the excess liquid
7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces
8. Heat 1 teaspoon oil and fry the green chilies and chopped onions
Garnish over the fried chicken and serve
