Chicken Tikka Masala Ingredients
To marinate
chicken breasts - 4
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Green chillies - 4
Corriander - 1 bunch
Yogurt - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Lime juice - 1 teaspoon

For the Masala:
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Tomatoes - 4-5
Onions - 1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 3 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Cream - 1/2 cup

Chicken Tikka Masala Preparing Method
1. Grind the ginger and garlic into a paste with a bigger piece of ginger and 7 pods of garlic to get 4 teaspoons of the paste
2. To marinate mix all the ingredients mentioned with chicken and keep it in refrigerator for atleast 5 hours
3. When ready to cook, place the chicken on a foil layered baking tray and cook for 25 mins
4. To prepare the masala, heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry them until they are transparent. Then add the chopped tomatoes and rest of the masala powders. Add one cup of water and allow it to cook it becomes like a gravy
5. Mix with the baked chicken and serve warm. Before serving Chicken Tikka Masala, garnish with corriander leaves and squeeze lime over the top
