Soyasauce - 2 teaspoon
Egg - 1
Oil - to fry

Preparing Method
1. Mix ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, ketchup, maida, cornflour, salt, soyasauce, egg with cleaned and cut chicken. Marinate for 1- 1 ¬? hour
2. Stir it constantly while boiling to thicken the mixture
3. Deep fry the chicken one by one
4. Fry the curry leaves and garnish while serving chicken manchurian.
