Ingredients
Boneless Chicken – 1/2 kilogram
Oil – 3 tablespoon
Urad dal – 1 tablespoon
Tomato – 2 numbers
Tamarind paste – 1 tablespoon
Masala Powder – 2 tablespoon
Mustard – half tablespoon
Onion – 1
Cloves – 1 or 2
Coriander leaves - few
Curry leaves - few

Preparing Method
1. Boil the chicken well, separate the chicken and soup and keep it aside
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal and cloves. When they splutter add chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaf, curry leaves and fry it very well until the tomato is smashed by heat
3. Then pour some chicken soup in it and let it boil for some time (more the soup and more the boiling, the better is the taste)
4. Add masala powder, salt to taste and tamarind paste and let it boil for some more time
5. Once the Kolambu paste forms, add the chicken and let it boil for 5 more minutes
Can be served wit plain rice, chappati and biriyani
