Chicken 65 Ingredients
Chicken - 1 kg
Curd - 1 cup
Chilli powder - 2 teaspoons
Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoons
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tablespoons
Salt - taste
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
Lemon - 1/2
Oil to fry
For Garnishing use Tomato, Lemon and Onion.
Chicken 65 Preparing Method
1. Clean and cut Chicken into pieces
2. Add chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, curd and marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator
3. Cook chicken in the pan till it is half cooked with little oil
4. Then deep fry the chicken till it is crispy. You can garnish the chicken with tomato, lemon and onion
