Barbecued Chicken Ingredients
Chicken - 2 kg
Curry Powder - 1 tablespoons
Pepper - 1 tablespoon
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Tomato ketchup - 1 cup
Brown Sugar- 1 tablespoons
ground mustard - 1 tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Vinegar - 1/2 cup
paprika
Onion
Cooking Oil - to fry
Curry leaves - few
Barbecued Chicken Preparing Method
Brown the chicken on all sides in cooking oil in batches and drain the oil. Use medium flame heat at the optimum. Place the chicken in a greased baking dish.
Combine the curry powder, mustard, broth, chilli powder, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, salt and pepper; pour and spead over chicken. Sprinkle with soup mix. Cover and bake for 55-65 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Make sure the chicken smells good.
Care should be taken not to over-burn the chicken.
