Urad Dhal Dosai
Recipe Summary: When we tell about dosai, it is always a mixture of rice and urad dhal. And this is a special dosai with more urad dhal / Blackgram dhal

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
Parboiled rice - 3 cups
Urad dhal - 1 cup
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - as required
Preparing Method
1. Clean the rice and soak for 3 hours
2. Wash the urad dhal and grind with the rice (need not soak) into batter
3. Add salt and mix it. Allow ot to ferment for 5 hours
4. Heat the tava, pour a ladden full of batter into a dosa. Pour two teaspoons of oil. Cover it with a lid. After few minutes doasi is ready. Serve with chilli chutney
