Sweet Ragi Adai

Sweet Ragi Adai Ingredients:
Ragi flour - 1 cup
Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Cardamom - 10
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Sweet Ragi Adai Preparing Method:
1. Heat a pan with 1/2 cup of water and boil it.
2. Add the jaggery to the water and mix well. when it is fully dissolved, filter it and take it in a thick bottomed pan.
3. Heat the jaggery until it becomes thick.
4. Add the ragi flour, cardamom powder, little ghee, and coconut to it and mix throughly. Remove from flame.
5. Take a plantain leaf or plastic sheet and spread the ragi dough into small round shapes. If it is sticky, grease with oil.
6. Toast them in the tava both sides with the ghee and serve sweet rava adai.
