Preparation of Vegetable Stock
Beans, Carrot, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Spring onion, celery leaves, garlic, potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushroom, peas, corn, beetroot, herbs like parsely, basil, any leafy vegetables, shallots, and any vegetable peel. Add two times water than the vegetables and cook in sim for 1 hour. Then cool and strain the to remove the pieces of vegetables. That's it. Vegetable stock is ready
