Mixed fruit shake is a combination of fruits and nuts. This is a healthy drink for children with very food source of proteins, vitamins and minerals
Ingredients:
Apple - 1
Banana - 2
Cherry fruits - 1teaspoon
Milk - 1cup
Sugar - 1tablespoon
Honey - 1-tablespoon
Tooty fruity - 1tablespoon
Cashew nut - 10pieces
Preparation Method:
1. Grind all the ingredients except tooty-fruity and cashew nut in a mixie & keep it in the freezer
2. While serving sprinkle the tooty-fruity & cashewnuts & serve
